Investment opportunities for Swiss Companies in Emerging Markets with the World Bank Group
- Wednesday 04 February 2026
- 16:30 - 19:30
- CCIG, bd du Théâtre 4, Genève
- Organisation: World Bank Group, in collaboration with CCIG
Access to new and predictable markets, managing risks, and financing growth are among the most pressing challenges for companies seeking to expand internationally. Emerging markets offer significant potential, but navigating these environments requires the right tools, knowledge, and partnerships.
How can businesses identify and seize investment opportunities in emerging markets? What solutions exist to mitigate political and credit risks? How can companies leverage global expertise to finance sustainable projects?
To address these questions, the World Bank Group invites members of the Geneva Chamber of Commerce (CCIG) to an exclusive event featuring insights from its institutions—IFC, MIGA and the World Bank. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the WBG’s integrated approach to supporting an enabling environment for business and investments, as well as a better acquaintance with our products and services. The meeting will also provide an opportunity to explore investment opportunities in emerging markets, and engage in a detailed Q&A session with experts.
